Young Adult Summer Fellowship

A large piece of the Ingalls Creek story is discovering what Christian community can look like, in a home, in a neighborhood, and in a small-town setting. As well, we strive to empower individuals to use their gifts and talents in the marketplace, and explore what it means to be Christ centered in all parts of their lives.

Our Summer Fellowship connects each young adult with a job site in the community, engagement with summer offerings of our Enrichment center, and discipleship from our staff around what it means to be people of Christian faith in the marketplace.

Our hope is that each fellow leaves the summer:

  • Having grown in faith, gaining a deeper, hands-on knowledge of God's Kingdom and their place in it.

  • Having gained valuable work experience, and confidence in how to build connection and partnerships with local community organizations and individuals.

  • With a broader sense of how the Holy Spirit enables God's people (the Church) to live the gospel in a community in a winsome and graceful way, inviting people to a deeper connection with God in Jesus Christ.

These are immeasurable tools and experiences that can help discern calling, purpose, and meaning in such a formative time of life.

Are you a young adult (18-24) interested in this kind of summer experience?
