Shawn Niles: The Fat Pastor

From MasterChef to Yakima Wine Country, Shawn Niles crafts experiences that fuse Pacific Northwest ingredients with global inspiration and the ancient language of fire. His mission is to build a bigger table, where story, food and wine create something unforgettable.

Icicle Ridge Winery

Nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, Icicle Ridge Winery is aptly named for it’s amazing views of Icicle Ridge.  As you sit at one of the massive hand-carved tables, enjoying award-winning wines, gazing out the picture view windows overlooking the vineyards and the Ridge, you just might be thinking you’ve quite possibly encountered  the most ultimate wine-tasting experience ever!

This event explores the enjoyment of food, wine, and table fellowship as a spiritual practice. If you are interested in exploring feasting as a spiritual practice, but require an alternative to wine - perhaps something more family friendly, or a special diet - we would love to collaborate with you for such an event. Please contact Andrew to explore the possibilities!
