Cross-cultural workers face “a complex mix of experiences: good and bad, invigorating and exasperating, praise worthy and regrettable.” In partnership with Paracletos, we are offering a week of training that will prepare you to be able to better support especially missionaries in transition.
Learn skills that will help you and others create a “culture of care,” especially around cross-cultural servants. An excellent opportunity for church missions team members, missionary agency board members, and anyone who wants to better understand how to improve the ways we care for one another in times of transition.
Featuring special guests
Dave and Irene Lewis!
“Hello. We are Dave and Irene Lewis, shepherds of global workers. We understand the challenges of life in a cross-cultural environment from our first-hand experiences going to and returning from a difficult cross-cultural mission assignment. We have come to care deeply for those who serve in difficult places, and we want to use our empathy and our experience to bring encouragement and hope into their lives.
But we are deeply aware that the needs of the harvest force far outweigh our skills and capacity.
That’s why we are recruiting people like you to join us in creating a culture of care. Our friends and relatives who represent the Lord are simply too precious to neglect.
Far beyond helping them survive in their ministries, we want to see them thrive. And we are convinced that, with your help, we can make that happen.”
This special opportunity will be offered at a substantial savings to attending a typical Paracletos training. Full details coming soon! Contact Andrew to find out more today!
