Employment at Ingalls Creek
Posted: 21 March 2011

The Ingalls Creek Enrichment Center is seeking a camp director. Although initially a half time position, we anticipate this position may grow to require a full time director.  This growing facility, with numerous camp sites, a large outdoor amphitheater, a picnic gazebo, and the Lodge that is nearing completion, is located at the Center of Washington state in the heart of the Cascade Mountains.

The Vision of Ingalls Creek Enrichment Center is to become a place where families and individuals of all ages will discover Christ centered activities and community in a unique setting.  The enchanted village of Leavenworth is only minutes away.  With cooperation and support of the board of directors, this new director is expected to provide a significant role in the completion and startup of Lodge operations, along with further camp facility development.  A primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate existing users and oversee all aspects of operation and site development.

An equally important task is to develop partnerships with potential ministry users.  Some additional responsibilities include policy development, research and submission of grant opportunities, developing of operational policies, and with the board, developing long term goals.

The complete job description can be found here.

Please consider this opportunity and apply if you feel called to join in the development of Ingalls Creek Enrichment Center -- A Place in God’s creation were YOU really matter.      Resumes may be sent to Doug Williams, Personnel Chair, 6020 Campbell Road, Peshastin, WA 98847, application@ingallscreek.org
